All of our beef is USDA inspected and dry aged for 21 days before being vacuum packaged and frozen to seal in flavor and freshness. Our Angus cattle are born and raised on our farm without any added growth hormones or antibiotics. Cattle are finished with grain for at least 90 days before harvest to ensure tender and flavorful meat.
